been a while.

I like manga again.

.hack//Legend of the Twilight was AMAZING. …Okay, not really, but it was pretty good for a three-volume manga. Legal Drug is really funny and shounen-ai. Mmm. OH AND LOVELESS IS LIKE OHHMAIGGASSHH SO FREAKING CUTE AHH. Loveless is another shounen-ai manga. I am not twisted. A non-shounen-ai manga that I read while at Barnes and Noble today would be Genshiken, which was kind of perverted in the dialogue sense, because it was about otaku clubs. Those are just hysterically scary.

On another note, I’ve realized that I no longer care about what other people think/do/say if it has nothing to do with me. I should’ve figured that out a long time ago, but I didn’t, so wah. Haha.

I figured something out today:

Always in denial,
Lisa Yan led a win.

The first line scrambled up is the second line. That’s pretty ingenious.

So, anyway, I went to B&N today to go work on my Gettis research paper. Fat chance of that, so after working on it for about an hour or so with Bri and Kavo in the cafĂ©, we get up and go get one cookie each: Bri gets Oatmeal Raisin, Kavo gets Chocolate Chip, and I get Reese;’s Peanut Butter. Alrighty. We all share, obviously. About ten minutes later, I’ve realized that I’ve only gotten up to the (III) thing so I stop and we all go get something to read (minus Bri, because she has to keep doing her index cards). I get manga, obviously, and I see .hack// and Legal Drug instead of Yotsuba&!, which I really really really wanted to read and/or(but mostly and) buy.

I spent the remaining two hours reading. That’s the life. Starbuck’s water is good. It’s free. =)

I’ve recently also gotten into AKFG and Koda Kumi. That’s a weird combination, but deal with it.

I have to now go and kick Mitchell’s butt in tennis for this tennis party his mom invited me to/set up, or at least get ready for it.

Sarah and Dad are going to see Aquamarine. Geez, they should at least have gone to see Curious George. I want to see that. I also want to see Brokeback Mountain. I am eagerly anticipating free time which will not come soon, ever.

Oh, speaking of Science League, I got in, even though I only answered 44/80 questions right. XD I think there were only four people, though. The ironic thing is, Salina scored worse than me; i.e., her name was lower on the list.

Next week’s up-coming events:
Sunday: Tennis, study for Science League mad-crazy-like
Monday: Track, probably Field
Tuesday: Track, B-ball banquet, free of charge xD
Wednesday: Track, probably Field
Thursday: Track, Winter Varsity Awards xD
Friday: Track, probably Track
Saturday: TBA
